The assessment of the units will be made internally by the delivery centre. The IBT will externally verify all the assessment made by the delivery centres. The assessment of the units will be made through the course work assignments. Students are required to show that they meet each of the assessment criteria detailed within each unit, to the required standard for the level of the unit.
The IBT Certificate in Human Resources Management (Level 3) will be handed over to the candidates after the completion of the assessment of the course work assignments. The certification process will be carried out in two stages in which both an internal and external verification will take place. The certificates will only be awarded to those candidates who attain a minimum of 40% mark in each unit covered under the program.
The program is delivered via Face to Face, Blended, and Online through the approved centre of IBT Qualification.
Learners can choose to enrol with one of IBT Qualifications’ approved centres so that students can learn from a tutor and have the benefits of studying with others. This suits those who enjoy structured classes and learning with others.
Learners can also choose to study with one of IBT Qualifications’ Distance Learning providers who deliver courses through Blended Learning and Online, so that the qualification can be completed at their own pace. This suits those who perhaps have family or work commitments. Moreover, it may also be an option for you if you do not live near one of our accredited centres.
The duration of the IBT Certificate in Human Resources Management (Level 3) is 5 months.

The approved centres of IBT can be used by the learners to register with the IBT Certificate in Human Resources Management (Level 3) program.
